1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the £20,000 Spend Your Way | Summer Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms..

2. This Promotion is offered by the following companies of 22 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1LS and administered by bunnyhomes Ltd of 9a Callywith Gate, Launceston Road, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 2RQ:

3. In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms or the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of bunnyhomes Ltd shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4. The Promotion will run from 10:00am on 1 June 2026 until 5:00pm on 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

5. The Promotion applies only to Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Reservation of an Eligible Home during the Promotional Period and proceed with the purchase in accordance with the terms of the reservation agreement.

6. Participants in the Promotion must be aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Participants”).

7. The Promotion is available only on selected plots at the following bunnyhomes neighbourhoods (“Eligible Homes”):

• Primrose Fields, Appledore
• Church Lane, Cheriton Bishop
• Bramble Lane, Kilkhampton 
• The Watchmaker’s, Bodmin
• Blackberry Lane, Kilkhampton

8. Subject to these Terms, Eligible Participants who complete a Qualifying Reservation of an Eligible Home during the Promotional Period, including payment of the applicable reservation fee, and who proceed with the purchase in accordance with the terms of the reservation agreement, will receive a contribution of up to £20,000 to spend their way. The contribution may be used towards stamp duty, deposit contribution, legal fees or moving costs, as agreed with bunnyhomes Ltd. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promotion is subject to availability and bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the incentive at any time.

9. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms at any time where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation.

10. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to refuse the incentive or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant is not eligible for the Promotion, has breached these Terms or has acted unlawfully or improperly.

11. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may constitute a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. bunnyhomes Ltd is committed to operating the Promotion fairly and without discrimination. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. bunnyhomes Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.

14. Purchasers are advised to seek independent financial and legal advice regarding the suitability and impact of any incentive offered as part of the Promotion.

15. This Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey or the Isle of Man may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
