2013 – 14
Introduced ‘Freemove’, enabling customers to move between bunnyhomes for free. We’ve never charged fees.

We took on our first full refurbishment of an individual family home.

We bought 15 Redrow newbuild apartments in a single block in the heart of Plymouth, creating Driftwood & Blue (City Collection).
2015 – 16
Dedicated private rental developments marking the start of something good for customers.
up-cycle
We fell in love with a disused, unloved building in Plymouth’s Barbican district and up-cycled it into ‘Seasalt’ (City Collection); a dedicated rental neighbourhood of 21 high-spec apartments.
build - new for sale
It was time to start building out of the ground to create new homes for sale. Buttercup Meadows (Cream Collection) was born; a small neighbourhood of new homes and bungalows in Bovey Tracey.
2017 – 18
We launched bunny-on-board, our hotel-style iPad concierge check-in for all our rental customers.

We moved from our garage to a ‘proper’ office and continued to build our brilliant team.
