1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the £10,000 Agent’s Fees | Spring Home Search Promotion (‘Promotion’). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all terms are accepted as final.

2. This Promotion is offered by Kilkhampton Land Limited, bunnyhomes East Road Kilkhampton Land Limited, Westcountry Land (Bodmin) Limited, bunnyhomes Primrose Fields at Appledore Limited, and bunnyhomes Church Lane at Cheriton Bishop Limited all of 22 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1LS and administered by bunnyhomes Ltd of 9a Callywith Gate, Launceston Road, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 2TJ. All are companies registered in England under Company Number:

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of bunnyhomes Ltd will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4. This Promotion will run from 9th March 2026 at 10:00 (GMT) to 31st May 2026 at 17:00 (GMT) (“Promotional Period”). 

5. This Promotion only applies to customers who make a Qualifying Reservation (see Term 8) on an Eligible Home (see Term 7) during the Promotional Period and who meet the terms of the reservation (see Term 10).

6. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age (‘Eligible Participants’).

7. The Promotion is only available to customers who reserve an eligible plot at the following neighbourhoods (‘Eligible Homes’):

• Primrose Fields, Appledore
• Church Lane, Cheriton Bishop
• Bramble Lane, Kilkhampton 
• The Watchmaker’s, Bodmin
• Blackberry Lane, Kilkhampton

8. Subject to these Terms, Eligible Participants who complete a reservation of an Eligible Home during the Promotional Period, including payment of the relevant reservation fee (‘Qualifying Reservation’), will receive a contribution of up to £10,000 towards their estate agent’s fees to support the sale of their existing home. The contribution will be applied as agreed between the purchaser and bunnyhomes. The contribution towards estate agent’s fees will be capped at £10,000, will not exceed the actual estate agent’s fees incurred in the sale of the purchaser’s existing property, and will only be payable upon legal completion of the purchase of the Eligible Home. No cash alternative will be provided.

8a. The contribution will only apply to the estate agent nominated by the purchaser at the time of the Qualifying Reservation. If the purchaser changes their agent after reservation, the contribution will no longer be available for any new agent.

8b. If the sale of the purchaser’s existing property does not complete, is withdrawn, or otherwise fails, the contribution will be forfeited and will not be paid.

9. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside bunnyhomes Ltd’s reasonable control.

10. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right not to award the incentive or to disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including failure to comply with these Terms.

11. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

12. bunnyhomes Ltd will not act in a discriminatory way in running this Promotion. However, any failure by bunnyhomes Ltd to enforce a Term on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that Term.

13. bunnyhomes Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in the Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of the incentive.

14. This Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Residents of Scotland may bring legal proceedings in the Scottish Courts; residents of Northern Ireland may bring legal proceedings in the Courts of Northern Ireland; residents in Jersey may bring legal proceedings in the Jersey courts; and residents in the Isle of Man may bring legal proceedings in the Isle of Man.
