1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the 5% Deposit Boost Promotion (‘Promotion’). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation that all terms are final.

2. This Promotion is offered by bunnyhomes East Road Kilkhampton Limited, Kilkhampton Land Limited, Westcountry Land (Bodmin) Limited, bunnyhomes Primrose Fields at Appledore Limited, and bunnyhomes Church Lane at Cheriton Bishop Limited, all of 22 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1LS, and administered by bunnyhomes Ltd of 9a Callywith Gate, Launceston Road, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 2TJ. All are companies registered in England under the following numbers:

3. In the case of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of bunnyhomes Ltd will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4. This Promotion runs from Friday 26th December 2025 at 10am (GMT) until Saturday 31st January 2026 at 5pm (GMT) (“Promotional Period”). 

5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It is based on the purchaser paying the full purchase price of the home. 

6. bunnyhomes will contribute up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price towards your deposit. The purchaser is responsible for providing the remainder of the required deposit. The minimum personal deposit contribution varies by mortgage lender, loan product and individual financial circumstances. Customers must seek independent advice from their mortgage broker or lender to confirm the minimum deposit they are required to provide. The bunnyhomes 5% contribution will be deducted from the purchaser’s completion statement.

7. The Promotion is subject to an exchange of contracts by the reservation expiry date, as detailed in the reservation agreement.

8. This Promotion is available to first-time buyers and existing homeowners only. It does not apply to buy-to-let purchasers or investors.

9. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age (‘Eligible Participants’).

10. The Promotion is only available to customers who reserve an eligible plot at the following developments (‘Eligible Homes’): Blackberry Lane Kilkhampton, Bramble Lane Kilkhampton, The Watchmaker's Bodmin, Primrose Fields Appledore, and Church Lane Cheriton Bishop.

11. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of law, regulation, or any event outside of bunnyhomes Ltd’s reasonable control.

12. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right not to award the Promotion or to disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe a person is ineligible, has behaved unlawfully, or has failed to comply with these Terms.

13. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law. bunnyhomes Ltd reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

14. bunnyhomes Ltd will not act in a discriminatory way in running this Promotion. Any failure on any occasion by bunnyhomes Ltd to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.

15. bunnyhomes Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of participation in the Promotion, attempted participation, or acceptance of any contribution.

16. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Isle of Man may bring legal proceedings in their respective local courts.
