Inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge, these stylish, generously proportioned apartments are decorated in calm colours creating a contemporary, uncluttered way of living in a tranquil location. The ground floor apartments benefit from a serene private patio and homes on the second floor feature attractive Juliet balconies which flood the rooms with natural light.

beachgrass offers modern living benefiting from considerate storage everywhere, high spec appliances and stylish, quality bathrooms and kitchens. Each apartment enjoys its own private parking with extra spaces at the front of the complex for guests.

Where everything’s in the right place

We believe that your new home needs to work around your lifestyle from the moment your first put your keys in the door, you’ll notice that we’ve considered the little (and not so little) things that matter. 

For instance, all our kitchens have extra storage so you can easily move in, and if you want to sink straight into the sofa and watch TV on your first night, go ahead – the TV aerial is installed and ready to go.

We’ve put in extra storage spaces, hallway cupboards, integrated fridge freezer, space for washing machines and plenty of USB sockets. When the wonderful summer months come, You will be pleased to discover that the apartments have either private terraces or balconies and access to the planted gardens.

No detail has been overlooked – right down to the bunnyhomes keyring we’ll leave for you to enjoy on your first day in your new home.
